For delivery outside the United States, you may be required to pay an import tax or duty upon delivery. In some countries, the customs agency may impose a tax/duty on imported goods, and the recipient (you) may be required to pay this tax/duty when the package is delivered. (For instance, a £19 import tax has been required for recent shipments to the UK.) The customer is responsible for paying any taxes or duties and meeting any other import requirements imposed by the customs agency in their country. If the recipient refuses to pay required import taxes/duties, the customs agency may prevent delivery and return or destroy the package, in which case the customer will not receive a full refund and may receive no refund based on the following:

• For international orders denied entry or delivery by customs for any reason (including failure of the recipient to pay import duties/taxes) or refused by the recipient, no refunds can be issued. It is the responsibility of the customer to be familiar with the import laws of their country and the customer assumed all risks of rejection by customs
• We regret any inconvenience caused by these policies, and would prefer that its customers outside the United States be allowed to freely receive natural supplements without the burden of import taxes or duties and other requirements. But until that day comes, it's necessary for you to understand that if your government taxes you for goods imported from other countries, you will be responsible for paying that tax when you receive your order.
